Fagan Chevrolet Cadillac provides its employees with a highly competitive benefits package including:

Insurance
These benefits are available after 90 days of full time employment, beginning the first of the next month. We contribute to the monthly premium for individual employee health insurance.  Family coverage is also available. We also provide short term disability and term life insurance at no cost to our employees and contribute 50% to long term disability insurance. Dental, vision, supplemental life and AFLAC coverages are available to all full time employees. A Flexible spending Plan is in place for both medical and dependent care.

Paid Time Off
Our vacation policy is designed to reward employees for continued employment.  All full time employees are eligible for 5 – 15 days of paid vacation based on length of service. We provide six predetermined paid holidays per year for eligible employees. Eligible employees can also receive up to 6 paid sick days per year.

Retirement Plan
We provide a very generous match to employee contributions to our 401(k) Plan.  This Plan also includes a company option for Profit Sharing.
