It is designed to give you information and save you time, whether you’re looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, make an appointment for service or body work or request a part. While this site can save you time and answer many of your questions, it is the people of Fagan Chevrolet-Cadillac that make a difference in your buying and ownership experience.

We are very proud of our entire employee team. We firmly believe there is no better parts, sales, service or support staff in the industry. Our employees are responsible for the satisfaction of our customers and, ultimately, the success of the company.

We are also very proud of our heritage. Jack Fagan started the company in Bloomington, Wisconsin in late 1945. He made his reputation by finding the right car or truck for every customer. He also made sure he hired highly qualified technicians to service the vehicles he sold.

Looking for bigger challenges, Jack sold the Bloomington business in 1948 and established a Ford dealership in Delavan, Wisconsin. In 1975 Ford offered him the franchise in nearby Janesville. Anxious to tackle the challenge of running two stores at the same time, Jack jumped at the opportunity. He, along with sons Pat and Mike, ran the two Ford stores until 1983.

The Janesville Chevrolet dealership had been closed for about 7 months in 1982 when Jack, knowing that Janesville was a General Motors town, accepted the challenge of reopening it. The only catch to this opportunity was that GM would only grant him the Chevy franchise if he sold the two Ford stores. He reluctantly agreed and, in June of 1983, opened Fagan Chevrolet-Cadillac.

Since 1983 our facility has expanded three times, in 1988, 1994 and 1997, to accommodate a growing business. We added to our sales, service, parts, body shop and truck sales and service facilities as well as creating a larger, more comfortable customer lounge.

On April 1, 2001 we purchased the interests of Jack, Pat and Mike Fagan. It has been our privilege and pleasure to continue to serve the automotive needs of Rock County and the surrounding area. We look forward to your visits, whether in person or virtually, and always welcome your feedback.
